How it Works
Consultation
Book a complementary consultation with one of our makers to discuss your vision, timeline, budget and learn about the details of our custom jewelry process.
Appointments can be booked online using the form below.
Design
Once both parties agree to move forward, our team will begin the process by reviewing design concepts, researching materials, costs, and time frames to build out a proposal for your custom piece.
At this time a standard deposit of $300 will be collected.
Production
During production, you will have the opportunity to approve all project specifications, CAD or design sketches and try on wax models if applicable. Once final adjustments have been made and approved, fabrication of the final piece begins.
At this time 50% of the total cost will be collected.
Delivery
Your custom jewelry piece is ready to be loved and worn for years to come! You can pick up your finished product in store or have it delivered right to you.
At this time, final balance is due before delivery or pick up.
